Clancy Freeman – Michael Isaacs

Clancy is a local with an intellectual disability (a result of a fever he had as a baby) and the Heelers, especially Tom, have a soft spot for him.  Shortly before his mother's death, she tried to kill the both of them because she thought no-one would be able to look after him when she died.  (She only succeeded in killing his dog, Monica.)  Clancy later married Leonie Riley (Chris's niece) and they had a baby daughter, Rachel.
